Partner with Perth Robots

Add robotics to your cleaning and FM contracts.

For WA cleaning companies and FM contractors. We carry the robots, the OEM relationships, the WA service network and the hardware risk. You keep the customer and the contract. It's a way to offer robotic floor cleaning in your contracts — and stay ahead of the curve — without the capital, the risk, or building robotics expertise in-house.

What we bring, and what you keep.

Your business model stays intact. We add an operational service line you couldn't build alone.

We bring

  • A multi-OEM fleet matched to each of your sites
  • Deployment, mapping and route tuning
  • On-site service across Perth and regional WA
  • Training for your crews
  • OEM-supplied parts and software updates
  • The compliance dossier procurement teams ask for

You keep

  • The contract and the customer relationship
  • Your day-to-day presence on the site
  • The work robots can't do — bins, restocking, deep-clean
  • The customer-facing relationship that wins renewals
  • Your margins — robot hours replace cleaner-FTE hours

A commercial structure that fits a cleaning or FM business.

It's RaaS-led, because that matches the opex model most cleaning companies and FM contractors run on, with no balance-sheet impact — and lease-to-own or outright purchase are there if you'd rather own the units. Your monthly cost is predictable, so you can price it straight into the contract. For an FM contractor holding cleaning across a portfolio — mining camps, shopping centres, hospitals, transport hubs — it's the low-risk way to roll automation out site by site without a capital programme.

The end client never has to see the upstream. We deploy white-labelled as your service, co-branded, or Perth Robots-branded — your choice, and it can differ site to site. The point is that the robotic capacity looks like part of your offer. How adding robotics to a contract works →

What changes, and what stays the same.

What stays the same

  • You hold the contract and the client
  • Your crews stay on site for the human work
  • Your brand on the service, if you want it

What changes

  • Predictable monthly cost you can price into the contract
  • Better margins as robot hours replace cleaner-FTE hours on the floor
  • Higher client satisfaction from consistent results and audit trails
Why Perth Robots

Honest credibility, not just claims.

Engineering-led.

Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.

WA-based service, not a reseller.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.

Multi-OEM, honest advice.

We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.

Low-risk by design.

RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.

Partnership FAQ

How does the commercial split work?
Perth Robots invoices the cleaning company, not the end client. You hold the cleaning contract and the customer relationship; we provide the robots, deployment and service as a line you can price into your contract.
Is it exclusive — can we still use other suppliers?
No exclusivity. You can carry other robotics suppliers or equipment alongside us. We earn the work site by site.
Whose brand does the robot carry?
Your choice, per site — white-labelled as your service, co-branded, or Perth Robots-branded. The end client can see your brand on the deployment if that's what you want.
What's the service response if a robot stops?
The same as our direct-customer service: remote diagnostics from Perth within the hour, on-site same day across the Perth metro and next business day for regional WA.
What happens if we exit the cleaning contract?
The robots are ours, so there's no stranded asset on your books. On a RaaS agreement the unit comes back to us or moves to your next site; we'll agree the wind-down terms up front so there are no surprises.
