Engineering-led.
Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.
Every robot we deploy is fully managed — we run it, maintain it and keep it cleaning, from the Perth metro to the Pilbara and the Goldfields. Here's what's included and where we reach.
One managed service, billed monthly. Your team never has to run the robots.
Most issues are diagnosed remotely from Perth within the hour. When a unit needs hands on it, response depends on where the site is.
On-site cleaning robots across the Perth metropolitan area.
Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Esperance.
Camps and sites beyond the regional centres, serviced around your roster.
Indicative response tiers · confirmed per site at survey
For mining camps, FIFO villages and processing floors, see autonomous cleaning for WA mining sites; for the full picture across the state, see commercial cleaning robots in Perth.
We service these named centres directly, and reach FIFO and remote sites by arrangement.
RaaS and lease-to-own include service as standard. If you buy a robot outright, the optional Care Plan keeps the same service behind it — maintenance, software updates, mapping changes, remote monitoring and consumable replacement — so an owned unit gets the same uptime as a managed one.
Software updates and mapping changes are pushed as needed. Brush and filter replacement runs on a scheduled cycle set per model and site usage, confirmed at survey.
Site-side power and water connection, structural changes to the floor or building, and cleaning tasks outside autonomous floor cleaning (bins, restocking, deep-clean, customer-facing work) sit outside the service. We scope all of this at survey.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.
We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.
RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.
Both. Perth Robots is WA-based, so we cover the Perth metro directly and service named regional centres (Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Esperance), with FIFO and remote sites handled by arrangement. Service comes from within the state, not the east coast, which is what keeps regional response practical.
We service Perth metro plus Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman and Tom Price across the Pilbara, Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields, Geraldton in the Mid West, and Esperance on the south coast. Sites beyond those centres (remote camps and mine sites) are covered by arrangement around your roster.
Most faults are diagnosed remotely from Perth, often within the hour, and many are resolved with a software or mapping push. When a unit needs hands on it, we attend: same-day in Perth metro and next business day for the named regional centres as an indicative target, with remote and FIFO sites scheduled around your roster.
Yes. FIFO villages and remote mining accommodation are a core part of what we cover. We schedule service visits around your roster and swing patterns rather than fixed business days, and we keep the unit running between visits with remote monitoring and over-the-air updates.
Yes. For donga corridors, ablution blocks and room turnover, compact units that don't need fixed plumbing suit best. They map the floor once and run on a schedule. For mess halls, kitchens and larger common areas, mid-size scrubbers apply. We match the unit to the site at survey.
Yes. Dust is the norm on WA resource sites, not the exception. The sweepers and scrubbers we deploy carry HEPA-grade filtration and sealed dust handling, and we set brush and filter replacement on a cycle matched to how dusty the site is. We confirm the right model and the maintenance interval at survey.
Often, yes. The named centres are where we commit to indicative response tiers; sites beyond them are covered by arrangement. Tell us the location and we'll confirm what response we can commit to before you sign anything. Coverage is scoped per site at survey, not assumed.
No. Every robot we deploy is fully managed: we commission it, map your floor, set the schedule, monitor it remotely and maintain it. Your team carries on with the work a machine can't do; they don't run the robot. Site staff get a short induction, nothing more.
The service covers deployment and mapping, scheduled maintenance and repairs, software and mapping updates, remote monitoring and run reporting, consumables, and a single support team between you and the manufacturer. Site-side power and water, building changes, and non-floor cleaning tasks (bins, restocking, deep-clean) sit outside it and are scoped at survey.
Yes, through the optional Care Plan. It puts the same managed service behind an owned unit (maintenance, software and mapping updates, remote monitoring and consumables), so an outright-purchased robot gets the same uptime and the same regional coverage as one on subscription.
Once we've matched the right unit and surveyed the site, deployment is quick. Mapping is a one-off and the schedule is set from there. Regional and remote deployments are planned around access and logistics, so we give you a realistic timeline for your specific site when we scope it.
The service is bundled into whichever commercial model you choose (subscription, lease-to-own, or an outright purchase with a Care Plan), starting from as little as $50 a day to subscribe or own. We quote per site once we know the location, floor area and how the robot will run.
Tell us where your site is and we'll confirm the service and the response that applies.
